James Trammell Harper Jr. is a graduate of the University of Florida, B.S., in 1994 majoring in Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1997. He is a managing Attorney with Harper Ogden, LLC and The Advocates Law Team, LLC and primarily handles consumer Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Harper served as Chairperson of the Orange County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Subcommittee, 2005 - 2006. In 2010, Mr. Harper was a member of the subcommittee for Bankruptcy Mortgage Modifications whose changes have helped make the Middle District of Florida Orlando Division one of the most successful areas in the Country for achieving loan modifications in Chapter 13 bankruptcies. For over 17 years, Mr. Harper has helped people save their homes and avoid large deficiency judgments through bankruptcy, and through both State Court and Bankruptcy Court Loan Modification Mediations. Emily Klizek is a 2007 graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Professional Writing and Rhetoric and a minor in Criminal Justice. She graduated from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2010. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, the Earth Advocacy Clinic and the Environmental Law Society. Emily was admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2011, and admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida in February of 2012. She joined the Advocates Law Office as an associate in March 2012. Emily's areas of practice include consumer bankruptcies, Chapters 7 and 13, loan modifications and mortgage mediations, and environmental law.
